LIBRALEX is a network of law firms located in major business centres, principally in Europe. LIBRALEX was founded as a result of the desire of independent lawyers to work together to respond to the needs of their clients in the context of the Single European Market and the complexity of international commerce, where international law, EU law and national laws often coincide.

Each law firm is able to perform its services in either English or French. Since the creation of LIBRALEX IN 1992, the member law firms have sought to offer their respective clients the same efficiency and quality of service from other European colleagues as they would receive “at home”. As a result, the members of the network share the common core values of quality, availability and legal expertise.

These common values are cultivated through strong personal relationships among the members of the network, fostered by:

  • a permanent exchange of information on the national laws applicable in each country where a LIBRALEX law firm is located;
  • a co-ordinated presence at major legal and business conferences, both national and international, with reports back to the other LIBRALEX law firms on points of common interest; and
  • regular meetings at which the members discuss recent developments in their national laws and analyse fundamental issues of European law.

Pamboridis LLC’s candidacy was approved in October 2008 at the Vienna meeting and since then it is a full member.
