We regularly provide ship registration services and flagging advice to our clients and engage in all aspects of S&P as well as finance dealings, including negotiations and drafting of agreements and security instruments such as mortgages over Cyprus flag vessels and charges over ship-owning companies and registration and de-registration thereof as well as conducting due diligence on the ship-owning vehicle and issuing a legal opinion on that basis. 

Dr. Pamboridis is also engaging in matters of International Law of the Sea, advising corporations and states on maritime disputes and issues of delimitation of maritime zones and has also participated in legal teams comprising lawyers from a number of jurisdictions, to advise Governments on matters of Environmental law related to the sea area as well as issues of Public Law of the Sea.
